Painting has been Elisabeth’s language since childhood and she uses it to communicate her emotions. A self-taught artist from La Rochelle in western France, her vocabulary is the colour and the texture she uses in her paintings. Elisabeth draws upon the kaleidoscope of emotions stirred by her travels to create artworks that transcend mere representation or depiction, delving into the realms of perception and sensation. Through a rich palette of colors and an array of techniques, she manipulates reality to convey her distinctive viewpoint, weaving together layers of texture and depth to craft immersive visual narratives.
Elisabeth is a member of the Taylor Foundation and the Académie Européenne de Arts - France (AEAF), and as an art therapist she leverages the transformative power of art as a means of healing and empowerment. Elisabeth recently exhibited in Venice and was winner of the Prix du Jury with “lumière” at the Convergence exhibition in Rome in 2023.
