A symbolically unusual setting representing a new way of seeing and selling art in a stunning visual display, starting Friday 2nd August 2024
Sarlat-la-Canéda, FRANCE – Artiste Online invites you to the unveiling of their much-anticipated first exhibition, “Between Shadows & Light”, in a unique and unusual location: the disused railway tunnel of the Distillerie de la Trappe in beautiful Sarlat-la-Canéda, running from 2nd August 2024 to 8th August 2024.
“Between Shadows & Light” explores all interpretations of the theme, and will present a vibrant collection of artworks. The show is specifically designed for emerging artists who are ready to enter the art world and turn their passion into a successful career. There is even a dedicated junior section designed to encourage artistic expression from an early age and nurture the next generation of creative talent.
Artiste Online’s Mission
Artiste Online’s mission is to provide struggling artists with the resources they need to succeed in an easy to understand and supportive way. The aim being to help artists turn their passion into a sustainable and profitable business.
“For our exhibition ‘Between Shadow and Light’ we chose an abandoned railway tunnel at a craft brewery as a stark contrast to the typical plain white of gallery walls. This unique location symbolises our commitment to doing things differently. At Artiste Online we believe in supporting artists without charging exorbitant fees or taking large commissions. We are here because the world needs more art and artists need validation through financial reward. This isn’t just a show; it’s a testament to our belief that art deserves a diverse and accessible platform. We’re playing with light, both literally and figuratively, and demonstrating our commitment to developing a vibrant, inclusive art community”. Sophie – Artiste Online.
