- Complete the form with the works you wish to submit and return this form by e-mail . All materials will be kept for our archives and may be used for publicity for exhibitions or other Artiste Online campaigns (with permission of the artist , where possible artists will always be credited).
- All works on every kind of support are accepted.
- Please include a biography and link to your portfolio if you have one with your application.
- All works must be original. If selected, artists will be responsible for the shipping costs to/ from the venue. Artiste Online will NOT be responsible for any possible damage or loss of selected and sent works. Please note that the works MUST be properly packed; if not, Artiste Online will not be responsible for any damage. If works arrive damaged, they will not be exhibited.
- All artworks must arrive, ready to be installed, to the address that will be supplied by the Artiste Online Team. The address will be supplied by email once your registration is completed (i.e. once this form has been completed, signed and returned to the Artiste Online team).
- Unsold artworks will be packaged for return using the packaging the art was received in at the end of the exhibition. Artists will need to organise a courier (at their own expense) to pick the package up and will specify the address to where the art should be returned.
- Photography and paintings should be printed/mounted on supports such as Dibond and plexiglass if possible, with a maximum weight of 5 kg if to be wall mounted. A black frame is suggested. We recommend avoiding glass, as it could break during transport and damage the work. Glass also adds to transport costs due to its weight. Where possible, please use plexiglass.
- The works must be ready to be hung on the wall.
